Our specially prepared meats are gently smoked for several hours
using a variety of split woods including apple wood.
These elements combine together to create a beautiful red smoke ring
around the edge of our brisket and a uniquely soft flavor that melts throughout each and every serving.
We offer a selection of sides including our baked beans which are cooked in our smoker for over 3 hours.
